Swamp Thing Vol. 1 #19

A doppleganger of the Swamp Thing, born from a part of Swamp Thing’s own body that was severed in Swamp Thing #5 stalks the Florida swamps looking for it’s counterpart. Instead it encounters a Seminole man who shelters it.

Cable, Abby and Bolt are also searching for Swamp Thing in a nearby town.

And Swamp Thing himself – finally come to the realization that his affliction is irreversible, contemplates death by suicide… or herbicide as the case may be.
