While Luthor continues to pursue Superman’s body, Jonathan Kent arrives at the hospital. Will Pa survive, or will he join his son in the afterlife?
The Kents were the first to find the infant Kal-El when he arrived on Earth. They took him in and raised him as their own. This issue explores a father’s grief. It’s never easy when a parent outlives their child. It gets even worse when this grief causes Jonathan Kent to have a heart attack. Plus, Lex Luthor’s epitaph to his fallen enemy.
