The Keebler Company presents DC Comics’ The New Teen Titans is in cooperation with The President’s Drug Awareness Campaign. Speedy and the Titans explore Drug addiction. Part of the Drug awareness campaign. Originally a promotional comic, but was so popular it became a fund raiser issue (the issue with the price and the black box at the bottom).
Starfire’s costume was altered and Robin (Dick Grayson) was replaced by The Protector because of license issues.
