Iron Man Vol 2 #01

It starts with Tony Starks good friend, and employee “Rebel” testing out the Prometheus Armor (a Pre- Iron Man design), when Rebel pushes the prototype suit too far and it overloads. Sending Tony to court for “Corporate Espionage” and “Insider Trading” in which he easily is found not guilty. With a short and sweet press conference apology, and a dramatic exchange of words with Pepper Potts( leaving Tony soaked in wine and her jobless). Tony continues being a…erm…A hole to Dr. Leonard Samson, not realizing he is pushing away everyone who cares about him. Hydra attacks a Stark lab and detonates a gamma bomb, while Liz Ross(who is head of security of Stark international in this series) tries to stop the detonation. Bruce Banner who was put inside the gamma bomb by Madame Hydra wakes up after a short unconsciousness and tells Liz that Hydra has disabled the failsafe and he will remotely move the bomb 13 miles into the Earth in hopes to save what life he can. After the explosion The Hulk emerges from the blast crater and attacks Tony Starks Helicopter and damages Tony’s heart forcing him to wear the Prometheus Armor to stay alive. Next panel you see Hulk cradling Liz talking her that she is “safe”. Tony Stark in the Prometheus Armor finds Hulk and Liz Ross and Demands that Hulk let’s her go. Hulk doesn’t like that idea.
