Iron Man Vol 1 Annual #07 Direct Edition

When smalltime crook Erik Josten gets a dose of Pym particles he becomes the mega man Goliath! Iron Man has his hands full and his repulsors charged, trying to wipe out Goliath before Goliath wipes out Los Angeles! The West Coast Avengers assemble in this giant-sized battle for the streets!

Jim Rhodes decides to spend some time with his new teammates the West Coast Avengers, but is bothered by their belief that he is the original Iron Man. Meanwhile a down and out criminal Erik Josten seeks out Doctor Malus, who gives him super-powers in exchange for his services as hired muscle. Erik Josten reneges on the deal and as Goliath goes off terrorizing Los Angeles.
