Story 1: The Legion of Super-Monsters!

The Legion of Super-Heroes have to reject Jungle King, a man who can hypnotize any animal. He doesn’t take the rejection well and goes to Monster Planet to recruit members for a Legion of Monsters to steal the rarest of all jewels. His Legion of Super-Monsters comes into conflict with the Legion of Superheroes. A gas monster that Jungle King rejected, calling himself Monster Master now, returned and killed him.  

Story 2: The Fake Superboy From Krypton!

A man learns the secret identity of Superboy but Brainiac 5, from the Legion of the Super-Heroes, helps Superboy out.
